Services Provided
Teeth extractions, pathology, and other essential procedures that can be undertaken in an office setting under local anesthesia.
Diagnostic imaging, including panoramic X-rays and CT scans, will be provided when clinically indicated.
All procedures and imaging are subject to clinical evaluation and scheduling availability. Outside histopathology laboratory fees, when applicable, are not covered and are the patient’s responsibility.
